#EmbraceTheDirt Competition

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all female South African residents aged 18 years and older.
• Employees of The Sneaker Shack, Totalsports, and their affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period

• The competition will run from 8-28 August 2024.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:
• Follow @thesneakershacksa and @totalsports_sa on Instagram.
• Tag two friends in the competition post.
• Share a photo or video of their dirty sneakers on their Instagram story, tagging both @thesneakershacksa and @totalsports_sa, and using the hashtag #EmbraceTheDirt.

4. Prizes

• Five winners will each receive a R1000 Totalsports voucher and a R1000 The Sneaker Shack voucher.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winners will be announced on 28 August on The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports Instagram pages.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message.
• Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days, or a new winner will be selected.

7. General Terms and Conditions

• The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.  
• The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the competition.
• The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports reserve the right to request proof of identity and age from any entrant.
• The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports are not responsible for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur during the competition.
• The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or unfair practices.

8. Personal Information

• By participating in the competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying winners.
• The Sneaker Shack and Totalsports will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws (POPI).
