How long does a restoration take?
It depends on the work involved. We confirm the timing when we assess your pair. Most repairs are back with you within one to two weeks, and we keep you updated along the way.
Will my shoes look brand new?
We get most pairs looking almost as new. Results vary by material, age and condition, and some materials can bleed or cannot be fully recovered once damaged, so we are always honest about what is possible before we start.
How is pricing worked out?
The prices on this page are starting points. Because every pair is different, your final price is confirmed on assessment and we will never begin work or add charges without telling you first.
What does de-yellowing and re-colour involve?
De-yellowing lifts the yellow tint from rubber and gum soles to bring back a cleaner look. Colour restoration re-paints and re-colours faded or scuffed uppers so they look rich again. Both are matched to your shoe's material.
Do you restore bags and other leather goods?
Yes. Alongside sneakers and footwear we also repair and restore bags, handbags, wallets and zips. These are priced on assessment, so send us a photo or pop in for a quote.
