Terms & Conditions:
- The weekly reward will be a free Classic Cleanse (Value R180).
- The Virgin Active rewards member has 7 days to select the reward and 7 days to redeem.
- The member can redeem the discount code through The Sneaker Shack online channel (www.sneakershack.co.za) or visit The Sneaker Shack store for The Classic Cleanse only.
- If redeeming the discount voucher in-store, members must present the voucher code at the time of purchase by logging in on their Virgin Active Rewards app.
- Members using the online redemption option, or those requesting for the items to be delivered to them, will incur a delivery fee.
- The discount voucher is valid for single use only.
- The weekly reward cannot be combined with other offers such as monthly or tier rewards.
- Virgin Active is not liable for any damages or issues related to the shoe cleaning service provided by The Sneaker Shack.
- The Sneaker Shack is solely responsible for the quality and satisfaction of the shoe cleaning service.
- Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued.
- Any attempt to misuse or fraudulently use the voucher will result in immediate voiding of the voucher.
- The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved in voucher misuse.
