The weekly reward will be a free Classic Cleanse (Value R180).
The Virgin Active rewards member has 7 days to select the reward and 7 days to redeem.
The member can redeem the discount code through The Sneaker Shack online channel (www.sneakershack.co.za) or visit The Sneaker Shack store for The Classic Cleanse only.
If redeeming the discount voucher in-store, members must present the voucher code at the time of purchase by logging in on their Virgin Active Rewards app.
Members using the online redemption option, or those requesting for the items to be delivered to them, will incur a delivery fee.
The discount voucher is valid for single use only.
The weekly reward cannot be combined with other offers such as monthly or tier rewards.
Virgin Active is not liable for any damages or issues related to the shoe cleaning service provided by The Sneaker Shack.
The Sneaker Shack is solely responsible for the quality and satisfaction of the shoe cleaning service.
Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued.
Any attempt to misuse or fraudulently use the voucher will result in immediate voiding of the voucher.
The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved in voucher misuse.
Virgin Active and The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly for any updates.
